My bottom teeth are moving and straightening out.

Every change is subtle if I didn't take pictures I'd never see my teeth moving. I saw the video for people who have a tongue thrusting problem and I think

 learning how to swallow correctly has helped in the movement of my teeth

Braces journey

This will just be my way to keep track of how fast or slow my braces are moving. If you have any questions please go ahead and ask I have plenty of questions myself . I am wearing the Damon braces and I was told that I would have it on for 2 years. I figured they would move slowly but lately they have been moving in lighting fast speed.  1-2 months have already passed I have not had a wire change yet and I was started on rubber bands about 3 weeks in. I have a severe overbite and lately I have been doubling up on rubber bands to see if it will move faster , and I also had 4 teeth extractions so I'm keeping track on whether the gap is closing up. It doesn't seem like it is so far.i do have a few questions. If you did double up on Rubber bands did you see a faster shifting with your teeth?
